We offer an existing book of clients and consistent new leads.

*Responsibilities:*
- Provide expert mortgage advice to clients, tailored to their individual needs and circumstances.
- Conduct detailed assessments of clients' financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage and protection products.
- Assist clients throughout the mortgage application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other industry professionals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, regulations, and mortgage products.
*Requirements:*
- Proven experience as a mortgage advisor or broker, with a strong track record of success.
- Minimum CeMAP Level 3 qualification.
- CAS status for minimum 2 years.
- Ability to provide suitable references and pass DBS checks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage your own workload effectively.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and the necessary technology for remote work.
